OLD LEATHER BANDOLIER STYLE BAG / POUCH W/ HOLSTER ON BACK, TURQUOISE & CORAL. Up for sale is a very unique old bandolier style leather pouch or bag.
Including
the strap the pouch is 21" tall. Just the pouch itself is 13" tall and 7 3/4" wide. On the back a pistol holster has been attached and is original to the pouch. The I believe to be Navajo made turquoise and coral adornment on the top of the front flap is 1 3/4" tall and 1 3/8" wide. Again my personal
opinion

believe
that the adornment piece is sterling but honestly I did not want to test for fear of causing any damage or affecting the patina so bid accordingly. Photo # 11 shows how the Navajo piece was made to attach to the pouch. Purchased out of a
private collection in northern New Mexico awhile back. A very unique, possibly one of a kind piece of original Western Americana to add to any collection. The leather is still supple.
