ESTATE FRESH!!  An antique Braided Horse Hair Rope (Mecate) with two colors, measures 23 feet 4in long end to end.  Not maker marked, surely a master in his trade, quality surely noticed every inch of this stunning rope.  Colors of black-mixed tones and a cream-mixed tones.  Lays real nice no kinks all layers are tight.  Clean no odors and from a smoke free home.  I'm not an expert on these ropes, I have described what I see.  There are a few very small areas noticed of some wear, see closeup photos, these areas are very stable and I only noticed them with close examination.  Weighs on its own 1 lb 6.2 oz.  Clean no odors.  Questions or other photos please let me know.
