Up for consideration is a near AU 1853 English Penny, Queen Victoria minted at the Royal Mint London. This copper coin is the “far colon with ornamental trident”’ Obverse is Queen Victoria, Reverse is Britannia seated right, note far colon after DEF and trident.
This coin has not been cleaned nor touched except to take out of holder.
